MAKE YOUR OWN SLEEP HAVEN  

The way you arrange your bedroom is important for your sleep. You can do a few simple things to make your own sleep haven and improve your sleep.
  • Choose the right mattress and pillow

    Most people sleep about 3,000 hours each year, and have their mattress for 10 years. Nonetheless, we often only take 2 minutes to lie on a new mattress in the mattress store. Take time to find the right mattress for you. Remember it may take time to get used to a new mattress.   • Electronics

    Try to keep electronics out of the bedroom! Your TV, computer and cell phone don’t belong there. Lights and sounds will keep you awake and lead to poorer sleep.

  • Climate

    Add some fresh air! A breath of fresh air is revitalising during the day and is also very good for your sleep. Air the room every day – and also during the night.

  • Lights and sounds

    Try to keep your bedroom as quiet and dark as possible during night.

  • Tidiness

    The best and cheapest advice to create your own sleep haven is to keep it tidy. Don’t have too many things in your bedroom to distract you.
